Dear All,

2025 is a Jubilee year for our University. 75 years ago, by the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 3rd February 1950, the Doctoral Academy of Białystok, later the Medical Academy of Bialystok was founded, which opened access to modern medicine for the inhabitants of north-eastern Poland.

The first very important accent of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the University will be the Celebratory Session of the Senate on February 3, 2025 at 11:00 in Aula Magna, which will inaugurate the Jubilee Year at MUB. I cordially invite you all to participate in this event.

As we celebrate this year, I would like us to reach back to our roots, the heritage of the University, drawing on its extraordinary history, and at the same time look with pride to the future of the University that we shape together.

It is our academic community that was and is the driving force and the huge capital of the Medical University of Białystok. Thank you all
for your commitment and great contribution to the achievements of our University.

I cordially invite you to take part both in this upcoming meeting in the Aula Magna as well as in other Jubilee events about which we will inform you later on.

Let us remember that the heart of the City and Region beats in MUB!
