II. Planning
1) Defining and establishing goals, inspirations and initiatives
2) Fixing identified problems
3) Assigning resources and responsibilities, setting schedules
III. Implementation
1) Establishing an independent position of Plenipotentiary for Gender Equality
2) Ensuring equality in decision-making processes
3) Organizing regular staff trainings
4) Creating a forum for exchanging experiences with other Universities and organisations
5) Mentoring for young researchers
6) Ensuring an equal percentage of women and men in initiatives organized by the University units
7) Anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination campaigns
8) Development of an anti-discrimination handbook
IV. Evaluation and monitoring
1) Monitoring and tracking the progress of implementation of Gender Equalty Plan at MUB
