Cardiovascular examination
General abdominal examination
Specific abdominal examination
Examination of the renal system and pelvic examination
Musculoskeletal examination
Week 3:
Review of history taking and physical examination. Independent examination of a patient by a student. Students’ clinical history: medical interview and physical examination; proposed laboratory tests and other examinations; proposed diagnosis; differential diagnosis; proposed treatment and prognosis; observations; composing an epicrisis.
Basic principles of electrocardiography in myocardial infarction and arrhythmias. Demonstration of clinical cases, specific changes in physical examination. Credit for theoretical and practical (physical examination) parts of the course.
