The Golden OTIS statuettes are a prestigious award given to people who shape the Polish healthcare system. The awards are granted by the Award Chapter of more than 70 members (including Prof. Irina Kowalska and Prof. Jerzy Konstantynowicz from the MUB). The Golden OTIS Trust Award statuettes have been presented since 2003.
On 17 April 2024, the 21st edition of the competition was held in Warsaw. Among the 30 laureates were five personalities from the Medical University of Bialystok.
