On July 10, 2024, the Warsaw School of Economics hosted the anniversary Consultative Meeting of the "Study in Poland" program organized by the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (CRASP) and the Educational Foundation "Perspektywy". During the Meeting, the challenges facing universities related to the internationalization process were discussed. The program was full of, among other things, anniversary speeches to mark the 20th anniversary of the "Study in Poland" program, the latest data and analysis from the past academic year were also presented, new trends in attracting students were discussed, and there was also space to discuss the so-called "White Paper" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and student visas. Speakers included representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland, the National Academic Exchange Agency, the Conference of Rectors of Polish Universities, the Conference of Rectors of Universities of Economics, the General Council for Science and Higher Education.
MUB was represented by Tomasz Maliszewski and Sylwia Klepacka from the International Cooperation Department. Activities related to participation in the national environment shaping the internationalization of Polish universities is an important element in terms of creating and planning future activities of the MUB. The activity is also part of the main goals resulting from the implementation of the MUB Internationalization Strategy for 2021-2030
